Great piece of work here Don! I'd love to hear your thoughts on how this applies to donor stewardship as well. In a desire to gain the best returns from talents given, I've seen a tendency to limit risk in exchange for funding a safer work with demonstrated gains.
I dare say that too often it’s driven by stories and blurbs which have little to do with the desired outcome. See my previous post on measuring the right things. I would love to see KRA’s built around vision and objectives, then use robust metrics for evaluation - instead of the anecdotal glory story.
